Returns & Refunds

Returning your shoes is a breeze at Evans Shoes. Here's how:

  • Visit our returns centre here
  • Enter your order number and email address or zip code to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the item/s you want to return 
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with the shipping guidelines
  • Alternatively, email with your returns request and order number.

Our 30 day guarantee:

Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the dispatch date.

Return Options:

Choose from Replacement, Credit Note, or Full Refund (see full refund terms below).

Dropping online returns in-store:

Have an online order you would like to return but would prefer to drop it into one of our stores? No worries! 

Just lodge your return request through our returns portal and select ‘in-store return’. 

When dropping your order to our store, you must have a print out of your original order confirmation, OR have it readily available to show the retail assistant. 

Once the order has been dropped back, the Sales Assistant will then notify our Online Team, who will then process your request. 

Please note, our stores are unable to provide you with a store credit or refund. This can only be actioned from our Online Team. 

If you would like to swap the order for another item that is available in-store, you must provide a print out of your original order confirmation. 


Full Refund Conditions:

  • Item bought at full price*
  • Product is unworn.
  • Original packaging retained.

Please note full priced items are any items that are listed at full RRP before reaching checkout. If a discount is applied at checkout, the item is still deemed full price*

Sale Items:

  • Discounted items qualify for exchanges or credit notes, but not refunds. You handle shipping costs for exchanges.

Final Sale Alert:

  • Items from Flash Sales and those 50% off or more are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

We'll sort it out if you receive a faulty or wrong product. When lodging your return, please provide as much information as possible and attach images. Once we have reviewed the request, we will send you a free returns label.


Strictly non-returnable items include:

  • Anything 50% off or more that is deemed 'Final Sale' 
  • Socks
  • Earrings 
  • Any open polishes/ waterproofing sprays


Shipping Costs:

For faulty items, we cover return shipping. For size changes or change of mind, you handle return costs, but we cover one exchange postage.


Gift Returns:

Gift refunds go back to the original purchaser's account.


Order cancellations:

All order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of making an online purchase, unless the item has already been dispatched. Please call or email us to lodge a cancellation.
