GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page, together with the documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (these Terms and Conditions) on which our current in-store and online giveaways and competitions operate. 

WIN YOUR CART GIVEAWAY 

Eligibility:


The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 and above. All entrants must have a public social media profile and be following the Evans Shoes official Instagram or Facebook account.
Employees of Evans Shoes are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:


The giveaway begins on December 1st at 6pm and ends on December 8th at 9am.
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Participants must add products to their online cart on our website during the giveaway period.
A screenshot of the cart must be shared on the participant's Instagram OR Facebook story, tagging [@evans.shoes]. Participants must also be following our Instagram or Facebook page.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
The selection will take place on Friday December 8th.
The winner will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook page and contacted via direct message from our one and only official Evans Shoes Account.

Prize:

One winner will receive the products in their cart at the time of entry.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Notification of Winners:

The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message. We will then follow up with a phone call with the winner. The winner will ONLY be contacted from our official Instagram account @evans.shoes or www.facebook.com/evansshoestores. Please be mindful of scam accounts during this time! Under no circumstances will a third party account contact the winner on behalf of us.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.

Public Announcement:

By entering, participants agree to the public announcement of their Instagram/ Facebook username as the winner on our Instagram/ Facebook page.

Rights to Use Content:

By entering the giveaway, participants grant Evans Shoes the right to use and share their entry content for promotional purposes.

Privacy:

Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used for the sole purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.

In conjunction with our 126th Birthday, we are celebrating by giving our Instagram and Facebook followers a chance to win a pair of R.M William Boots. 

To be eligible, participants must:

  1. Like the original giveaway post

  3. Follow us on Facebook and/ or Instagram 
  4. Tag 3 friends (1 comment = 1 entry) 

One lucky winner will have the choice of either one pair of CRAFTSMAN COMFORT or LADY YEARLING in any available size or colour stocked at Evans Shoes.

Winner will be drawn at random and contacted via direct message. 

Under no circumstances will Evans Shoes comment to announce a winner or ask followers to follow an external link, or provide sensitive information. We urge followers to be vigilant of copycat and scam accounts during this time.

  7. The store that sells the winning pair will receive a prize package, and the Retail Assistant who sells the winning pair will also receive a pair of NAT II by FRANKiE4 of their choice.
  8. Competition will commence when milestone is reached.
