GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page, together with the documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (these Terms and Conditions) on which our current in-store and online giveaways and competitions operate. 

 

 THE ULTIMATE MOTHER'S DAY GIVEAWAY

  1. Eligibility: The Ultimate Mother's Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Evans Shoes and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on April 28th, 2024, and ends on May 9th, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST) ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

  3. How to Enter:

    • To enter via social media, participants must:
      • Like the designated giveaway post.
      • Share the post.
      • Tag a friend in the comments.
      • Follow the official Evans Shoes page.
    • Alternatively, participants can enter by spending $100 or more in-store at Evans Shoes during the Giveaway Period. Entrants must be part of our Customer Club with relevant and up to date information provided. 

  4. Prize Details: There are seven (7) EMU AUSTRALIA prize packs available to be won, each valued at $400. The prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Total value of prizes being RRP $2800.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on May 10th, 2024. The social media winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they entered with. In-store winners will be contacted via the phone number provided on their Customer Club. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, Evans Shoes reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

  6. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to the use of their personal information in accordance with Evans Shoes' Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
