SALE PERIODS

Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to dispatch your order on the same business day or the following business day. Please allow up to 3 - 6 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order during these times.

Ordering Christmas gifts with Evans Shoes? (great choice by the way!) 
We recommend all orders to be place by December 14th for standard delivery, and December 18th for express! 

FREE DELIVERY within Australia.

FREE EXPRESS RETURNS Australia wide on orders over $300 for purchases made between December 1 - December 18th 2023. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia wide on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a charge of $9.95 will apply. For express postage, a charge of $14.95 applies. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery.

All packages within Australia will be sent via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office.  Our team work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, and endeavor to dispatch orders between 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.  Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer standard international shipping to the following countries:
New Zealand & Norfolk Island

Standard delivery is available to New Zealand and Norfolk Island for a flat rate of $30.00. International shipping is via the most effective carrier at the time of dispatch. Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are unfortunately not possible with international shipping, so please take care to make sure your order is correct. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout.

 

LATE DELIVERIES

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive, please consider the following: Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact our web store support at online@evansshoes.com.au
