Shipping Policy

FREE DELIVERY within Australia:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia wide on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a charge of $9.95 will apply. For express postage, a charge of $14.95 applies. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery.

Dispatching times:

Our team work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, and endeavor to dispatch orders as follows:

Express shipping	1-3 business days
Standard shipping	2-4 business days
During sale periods	3-6 business days

 

Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays (VIC public holidays are observed). Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email. 

Shipping times: 

All packages will be sent via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office. Please visit the Australia Post website for current shipping times. 

 

International orders:

We offer standard international shipping to the following countries:
New Zealand & Norfolk Island

Standard delivery is available to New Zealand and Norfolk Island for a flat rate of $30.00. International shipping is via the most effective carrier at the time of dispatch. Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Late deliveries 

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive, please consider the following: Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
